Vice President of Sales & Marketing (US)

Reporting to the CEO, our new Vice President of Sales & Marketing (US) will be key in driving and overseeing Commercial Operations within the US market.  This is a unique greenfield role and opportunity to develop and grow the GKC business and a commercial team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead a high performing and effective commercial operation that executes the go-to-market strategy
  • Successfully drive the full suite development and implementation of clinical and commercial solutions for our customers
  • Lead, drive and coach the commercial operations team to be inspired, engaged and successful
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers, distributors and further business stakeholders (including contracts/administration)
  • Lead discussions with local stakeholders (business related - e.g., policymakers, Health industry associations, authorities)
  • P & L responsibility for US commercial sales

 Skills/Qualifications and experience:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Science and/ or Marketing/ Sales
  • Strong neurology knowledge & experience, preferred
  • Extensive experience in medical or system device sales; 10+ years desired
  • A deep understanding of clinical and commercial settings
  • Customer centric and solution focussed mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent understanding of commercial drivers of success
  • Business start-up and digital health technology experience, highly desirable
